We can now announce more details on the riders and machines that will take part in the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the SBK World Superbike Championship at Donington Park on the 31st March and 1st April.

Fred Merkel (Honda), Neil Hodgson (Ducati), John Reynolds (Suzuki), Pierfrancesco Chili (Honda), Jamie Whitham (Suzuki) and Rob Phillis (Kawasaki) will all ride their original race bikes on parade laps on Saturday 31st March at 12:55 and on Sunday 1st April at 14:30.

Peter Goddard (Aprilia) and Aaron Slight (Honda) will also take part on road bikes, and Davide Tardozzi, Paolo Casoli and Giancarlo Falappa will be present as guests.
In addition, there will be a display in the SBK Paddock Show featuring the bikes ridden in the parade as well as Tory Corser’s championship winning Suzuki and Ducatis from Carl Fogarty and Raymond Roche.

This festival of Superbike race winners and former champions will be presented to the press by respected journalists Alan Cathcart, Ken Wootton, Jonathan Green and Giovanni Di Pillo at a special event on Saturday evening.
