New member!

Just introducing myself as a new member to this forum! I have been riding for about 10 years now, strictly track. I'm from San Francisco, CA. I heard about this site from a CA forum I'm usually on call "barf."

This forum seems to be very "bike racing" oriented which I am very much addicted to! Hope to post up with you guys soon!

Welcome...to a much smaller site than BARF; but I assure you, we are packed with content . Look around, get used to the serenity and contribute.
We need more trackday people around here! So where do you usually do trackdays at?

Hoping to...but I've been too focused on work this year. I did about 15 days at the track last year and NONE this year.

I threw the bike down at THill in September and the bike is ready to go, but the pilot has been looking to buy a house, so I haven't been going to the track.

I'll likely be doing a bunch of days next year.

If you mean pics of my crashed bike, I have a short video but it's not uploaded anywhere. Didn't take any pictures of it.

If you mean pics of my finished bike, haven't taken pictures yet...and it's still at my buddies shop.

Ah, I know how that goes. Awesome pics on the site . I try to do as much as I can. I've squeezed in 7 this year. And of course I'm happily broke!

Thanks Prize...cool, I'm jealous. Who do you do your days with? Keigwin? Which tracks do you most often frequent? I'm guessing THill...

Broke? Yeah, I was broke last year after spending so much on my bike and all of my track days...that's for sure. I told my daughter that she's no longer going to college. ; )

Thill, Reno and Infineon. Infineon is the best by far of course. Hahaha if I drop out of college then I'd definitly have more time/money for the track haha

Oh and its usually keigwin or Zoom Zoom

Yeah, did Infineon for my first time last year...was epic. Very fun track.

It's not better than Laguna though! I actually love Buttonwillow too. Guess it's because that's where I did my first track day (and I go pretty well there). ; )

PS: Don't drop out of college...you'll need the degree to pay for the hobby later! : )

Yeah, that sucked. I was thrown like a ragdog. Fortunately it hurt the bike but not the pilot.

LOL - the guy I overtook on the straight was way behind me man. Glad it wasn't Andrew Pitt, that's for sure. ; )

Well i'm new to the game of of chatting on line. Here's a short bit about me self, just gone bust, great start. got hit by a usless driver with a deep nigerian accent (sorry i did not see you!!!) who wrote off my SP1 having owned it for 3 months, after waiting 8 yrs to buy one. So i need to rebuild & start again.


ps my sky is going to be off for a while yet. i'm a new member hungry to watch some racing...

Ahh, too bad. I like the SP1.

I know what it's like to both fall down and be run over...
