| I've just never liked Dani's attitude...nor his initial reaction/position when he took out Nicky Hayden last year and almost cost Nicky and HRC the championship. | |

I can appreciate that but I don't agree. Personally, I don't really care about his attitude. He can ride. Rossi has a terrible attitude towards people but a lot of people still love him. Hayden whines too much for me. Pedrosa is like that "Ice" guy in Top Gun. The lap before Hayden was taken out, Hayden nearly took Pedrosa out. Pedrosa said something to the effect of, "I'm not gonna just pull over for him..." Good. He shouldn't have to. If he wants to win a championship then he has to actually go out and win it. Not count on his team mate blocking and letting him by which is exactly what happened at the last race - which is how he won. Without that, he wouldn't of won. Before the race, Doohan said (suggested), OK, for Hayden to win it, this, this, and this is going to have to happen. What Doohan said happened. If you go back and look, you can see that was the first rider Pedrosa had taken out. Hayden has been more active in that regard.

What would be interesting is if Hayden and Xaus took each other out...

| That would be kind-of difficult...considering they're never on the same track at the same time.
Then again, that still doesn't rule out the fact that Xaus could still possibly pull it off. LOL

| Yeah, but Toseland rides a CBR1000rr, so isn't Honda the best? | |

LOL If you put Xaus on a track, with nothing on it but a toothpick out in some run off that nobody has ever gotten to, he would find it. If you put Xaus and Hayden on the same track, they'd find each other. Then...then there would be a fight, people would get kicked in the head, bikes and parts would be thrown, and finally, the camera man would get stabbed with a toothpick.

Sure, if you're called James Toseland and you ride a Factory Honda WSBK.

| PSH, you don't know what you're talking about lol.
But seriously, damn shame it rained, and damn shame Pedrosa crashed. He sure looked good in practice and qualifying.

| I don't like Dani... mostly because of him being Puig's puppet, for being too serious on TV (lack of showmanship!) and for letting me down this season. I mean, he was given MORE priority than the world champ Gayden and he kept making little mistakes through the season. He can ride well and I admire him for that but he needs to up his game. These are monster machines, do something with them other than follow the top 2! /rant. | |

We got the Euro, we got Wimbledon, we are doing pretty well in the Tour de France, and we MIGHT just get MotoGP! I'm new to MotoGP but from my understanding, he's is or was in first for points right?

Yep, Dani's rockin' right now. He had a bit of a set back last time out but he'll be fine.

| I don't understand why people don't like him. He's damn fast, he's making the best of that Honda spring valve engine, he's consistent, and he shows up to work. Sure, he's small and quiet, but who cares? People say he doesn't smile, but I've seen him smile every time he's on the top of the podium. I guess he just has high standards for himself. | |

| After Dani's big crash last weekend: Looks like Spain is hurting now in MotoGP...I doubt you're bringing home the GP title this year on top of the others. It's going home to Australia or Italy. | |
